Texas Latino Pride at The Cedars Union | Sept 2024
Divina is a group art show exploring the intersectionality of queerness and spirituality through a Latinx lens. This show explores the experiences through the lens of divine femininity with current social issues, interactions of indigenous and Tejanx culture through the profound impact of spirituality and how this impacts the divine feminine across latin culture.
Even Flowers Bleed

"Even Flowers Bleed" is the debut solo exhibition of watercolor paintings by artist Jamie Diaz dating from 2013-2022. These works are being shown for the first time to the public. In addition to her paintings, a selection of Jamie’s original comics will be on display.

Jamie is currently a MOTHA artist-in-residence. She was selected in recognition of her service to the community and accomplishments as a contemporary artist. The MOTHA Resident Artist Program is the first of its kind in the world developed to support the work of contemporary trans and non-binary artists in the most inclusive and hands-off way possible.
